Renewable National Hydrogen Conference
By Amu Abimanan
Recently, Kraus Global's Vice President of Product Development, Chris Damiani, had the opportunity to speak at the Renewable National Hydrogen Conference in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
The conference, focusing one the development of hydrogen in ways that reduce environmental impact, was an important venue for the hydrogen community.
"Over the last 10 years Kraus has developed significant experience in the rollout of hydrogen infrastructure programs. We were able to share that practical experience with symposium attendees, and offer them insights into the development and growth of the fuel as a viable alternative in the transportation refueling parket." said Damiani of his presentation.
Hydrogen, as with all fuels, has it's pros and cons. "It isn't hard to make hydrogen per se, it is doing it in the volumes that are needed without causing environmental stresses in other areas that is the tricky part. At Kraus, we were excited to see researchers such as there were at the symposium focus on renewable hydrogen and GHG reduction" reflected Damiani. "It is exciting to be part of a group focusing on hydrogen projects at or new commercialization."
